Precision adds analytics across TMS

   Precision Software has added a new data warehousing, reporting, and analytics service that will be integrated across its Precision Transportation Management (TMS) and Precision Exception Management (PEM) software.
   Precision, which focuses on transportation and trade management solutions, said its new service will help its single-platform approach to TMS by streamlining day-to-day activities around smarter reporting and easy-to-understand data.
   “Every enterprise has information bottlenecks – some are just easier to spot than others,” said Ed Boclair, president of Precision Software. “Precision Business Intelligence unifies data from Precision TMS and PEM with multiple sources in your company to make it easier to access critical information for key decision makers to pinpoint challenges and deficiencies.”
   The service is available on PCs, laptops, and even via an app for the iPad.
   Precision Software is a division of QAD Inc., which develops software for the manufacturing sector.
