CLICKLOGISTICS ALIGNS WITH APPNET    Clicklogistics, an Internet start-up subsidiary of Cardinal Logistics, has signed an agreement with AppNet Inc., an Internet business developer, to create an online suite of global logistics services.
   AppNet will move Clicklogistics' service offerings onto the Internet. The company will provide interactive marketing, application development and business integration services.
   Clicklogistics wants to offer outsourced logistics services online through what it called an “unbundled” business model. By unbundling its service offerings, Clicklogistics wants to give smaller shippers access to services on a per-transaction basis. The company said it also will offer contract logistics outsourcing services.
   Clicklogistics is building a network of partners to handle transportation and fulfillment services, including cross-border business.
