The FMC received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Riverside Logistics, Richmond, Va. (Keith E. Hamlett, president); Cohesion Freight (USA), Jamaica, N.Y. (David Chau, president); Oceanair Logistics Corp., Miami (Carlos Antonio Vasquez, president); and Sun Express Int’l, Jamaica, N.Y. (Kam On Lo, president).
The agency also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from LTR Associated Enterprises, Orange, Calif. (Patricia D. Blashaw, president); and Ship Overseas, San Diego, Calif. (Ivor Friedman, president).

The FMC also revoked six OTI licenses for failure to maintain valid bonds.
