FMC reviews 12 OTI applications, revokes 6 licenses    The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission will review 12 ocean transportation intermediary license applications.
   The agency received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Confianca Cargo & Logistics, Miami (Helieta M. Correia, general manager); 4 A’s Cargo, Carson, Calif. (Rolando G. Tanaleon, president); Fleet Logistics, Diamond Bar, Calif. (Jerry Fan, chief executive officer); Intlmove Inc., N. Miami Beach, Fla. (Laurie A. Olson, director of operations); Liner American Services Corp., Miami (Luis Andres Sara, president); and Yu Dong Logistics, Torrance, Calif. (Bong Cheon Kim, president).
   The FMC received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Riverside Logistics, Richmond, Va. (Keith E. Hamlett, president); Cohesion Freight (USA), Jamaica, N.Y. (David Chau, president); Oceanair Logistics Corp., Miami (Carlos Antonio Vasquez, president); and Sun Express Int’l, Jamaica, N.Y. (Kam On Lo, president).
   The agency also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from LTR Associated Enterprises, Orange, Calif. (Patricia D. Blashaw, president); and Ship Overseas, San Diego, Calif. (Ivor Friedman, president).

   The FMC also revoked six OTI licenses for failure to maintain valid bonds. The effected firms are 1st Class International of Hanover, Md.; Greenbriar Forwarding Co. in Metuchen, N.J.; Grizzard Customs Brokers of Hapeville, Ga.; Penasa Logistics (USA) of Inglewood, Calif.; Richard D. Kim in Torrance, Calif.; and Sec Sea & Air of Compton, Calif.
