Effective April 17, the rates in Horizon Lines’ 414 tariff will increase to the following amount:
* Commodity rated on a 20-foot container basis $135 per container.
* Commodity rated on a 40-foot container basis $150 per container (including open tops and flat beds).
* Commodity rated on a 45-foot container basis $170 per container.
* Commodity rated on a per container basis $170 per container.
