American Airlines Cargo expands European network

American Airlines Cargo expands European network American Airlines’ cargo division, AA Cargo, now offers daily nonstop services to Barcelona and Milan from New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport.
   The service to Barcelona's El Prat Airport began April 25, while flights from JFK to Milan's Malpensa Airport will start May 1. Both services use Boeing 767-300 aircraft.
   'The Barcelona and Milan routes further enhance American's international network, providing additional capacity between Europe and the United States via New York — one of our most popular gateways,' said Dave Brooks, president of American Airlines Cargo. 'New interline opportunities are also opened to the Middle East and Asia through these new routes.'
