John S. Connor hires two for Shanghai office    The Glen Burnie, Md.-based forwarding and third-party logistics company John S. Conner has hired two people for its new Shanghai, China office: Hillary Ye as China business development manager, and Tony Tsai as Asian market development specialist.
   Ye has 10 years of logistics industry experience. She will work with U.S. customers on the suppliers’ side in China, and coordinate activities in China with Connor agents, as well as oversee freight shipments.
   Tsai will work in operations in the company’s NVO department, primarily working with China customers. He will also have a business development role with Chinese companies based in the U.S. mid-Atlantic region.
