International Shipholding reshuffles management

International Shipholding reshuffles management    New Orleans-based International Shipholding Corp., parent company of Waterman Steamship, has made a number of changes to its management.
   Manuel G. Estrada has been appointed vice president and chief financial officer, replacing Gary L. Ferguson, who has retired.
   Estrada joined ISC in 1978 and was most recently controller of the company.
   Sheila Dean-Rosenbohm has been named vice president of planning and administration. She was controller of Central Gulf Lines and Waterman Steamship.
   Ada Pratt Boutchard is now vice president and controller, leaving her previous role as director of internal audit.
   Jennifer C. Delcambre is the new director of internal audit. She was audit supervisor.
   Roger K. Franz has joined ISC as fleet director of subsidiary LMS Shipmanagement Inc., which is responsible for the management of all vessels in the ISC fleet.
   Eduardo Seoane has joined ISC as director of purchasing.
