Atlas still has one more 747-8 on order and is expected to take possession of the aircraft in the second quarter, completing its order for nine 747-8 freighters.
In February, Atlas officials reported 2012 adjusted net income of $127 million, a 17-percent, year-over-year rise and operating-revenue growth of 18 percent. ACMI’s contribution to operating revenue grew 29 percent in 2012. – Jon Ross
