Effective Dec. 8, NWA Cargo’s surcharge will decrease from 50 cents to 45 cents per kilogram for most U.S.-origin international bulk shipments, while domestic bulk freight and VIP surcharges will be reduced from 21 cents to 19 cents per pound.
