MOL-Hanjin-Wan Hai Vietnam terminal gets approval    MOL said Tuesday it has won approval from Vietnam's government to develop a container terminal in the country's new deepwater seaport complex near Ho Chi Minh City.
   The terminal would be co-owned by fellow liner carriers Hanjin and Wan Hai, while the state-owned Saigon Newport Co. would also have a stake. How large a stake each company would have in the terminal, dubbed the Tan Cang Cai Mep International Terminal Co., was not specified.
   The terminal would have two berths on 590 meters of quay, 40 hectares of yard space and could accommodate 8,000-TEU ships. It's scheduled to come online in February 2011, one of several container terminals being individually developed over a massive complex a two hours' drive south of Ho Chi Minh City.
