Arzoon.com is an online logistics software developer, based in San Mateo, Calif., whose standardized processes and XML-based workflow connect trading partners across multiple modes of transportation.
Arzoon’s project with McKessonHBOC initially will deploy truckload, less-than-truckload, parcel and air carriers to move inbound freight from suppliers of pharmaceutical and beauty products.
“Arzoon provides us with a centralized database and automated system that will help us manage more than 4,000 inbound vendors going to 34 distribution centers,” said Janet Eche, director of transportation services for McKessonHBOC.
