Regal Logistics expands to East Coast    Regal Logistics said it has expanded its international warehousing business to Charleston, S.C., from its base in the Pacific Northwest.
   The company recently opened a 351,000-square-foot distribution center four miles from the Wando Welch Terminal at the Port of Charleston.
   Regal, which serves major retailers such as Wal-Mart, Target, Kohl's, JCPenney and Sears-Kmart, provides transloading, deconsolidation, cross-docking, distribution, pick-and-pack and a range of other value-added services for exports and imports.
   Regal, which operates a 1 million-square-foot distribution center in Fife, Wash., said it moved to Charleston as its customers seek more direct, all-water shipping routes to the East Coast.
