Eurinpro hands over warehouse to TNT in Belgium    Eurinpro Thursday handed over a 162,000-square-foot warehouse to TNT Logistics Belgium in Willebroek, Belgium, five months after the start of construction.
   The warehouse is the first of two same-size facilities on the site, and will be used by TNT to store, wrap and label its customers’ products. TNT is considering taking on the second unit among other interested parties, Eurinpro said.
   “Eurinpro normally does not build on risk or on ‘spec.' Instead, we build to the specific needs of a client from whom we have already obtained a commitment. However, the site’s location is so attractive that we went ahead and constructed the extra warehouse unit,” said Yves Boonen, country manager, Eurinpro Belgium.
   In recent months, Eurinpro has developed facilities in the Willebroek region for Schenker, NYK Logistics, JVC and Stanley; and is in the process of erecting a logistics center for DHL Exel Supply Chain.
