First building going up at TraPac terminal site The first panels for one of the buildings at Mitsui O.S.K. Line's TraPac Container Terminal at the Port of Jacksonville went up, marking a milestone in a project set for completion in December 2008.
   The building will one day be used by truck drivers to process load documents.

   The terminal in the port's Dames Point area is expected to dramatically transform the Port of Jacksonville, as a gateway for Asia services operated by MOL and its vessel-sharing partners. With the new TraPac terminal and another terminal in the works for the Korean carrier Hanjin Shipping, Jacksonville will evolve from a gateway for Puerto Rico and car carriers into a major Asia trade port. The new terminals will more than double Jacksonville's container volumes.
