Embarcadero opens office in Rotterdam

Embarcadero opens office in Rotterdam    Technology software developer Embarcadero Systems Corp. said it has opened a project office in Rotterdam to support implementation of its products at the Dutch port's Euromax Terminal.
   The new office will house 40 personnel to supply project management, technical and business consultancy, technical support, quality assurance, sales and marketing services.
   Recently, ESC was named prime contractor for a consortium to provide the terminal operating system and equipment control system for Euromax, a joint venture between Europe Container Terminals and APMT (formerly P&O Nedlloyd). ESC was also recently contracted to deliver an automated gate system for APMT's new facility in Zeebrugge, Belgium, which will be operational April 1.
   ESC’s other European offices are located in Marseille, France; Munich, Germany; and Bracknell in the United Kingdom.
