The intra-Europe container line, according to reports in maritime news services Dynaliners and Alphaliner, would be modeled on MCC Transport, Maersk’s fast-growing intra-Asia specialist carrier.
The name of the new line, which will focus on Europe short sea trades, will reportedly be unveiled in November.
The lines confirmed the development of the new intra-Europe company to American Shipper, and said further details would be made available in the coming weeks.
