OTS Logistics takes over NACA’s agency management OTS Logistics Group has taken over the agency management of NACA Logistics (USA) Inc. NACA Logistics continues to operate as a company.
   Comprising Brennan International Transport, Direct Container Line, Conterm Consolidation Services and Vanguard Logistics Services, among others, the Californian group is one of the largest export NVOCCs in the U.S. container trades.
   “This arrangement gives us trade volumes of over 200,000 TEU of ocean freight on a global basis,” said Owen Glenn, chairman of the group.
   Asked about a potential public listing of the group, Glenn replied: “We generally ignore rumors that relate to our business plans ' We have had some strong interest from parties that see this as an eventual listing opportunity but my answer is the same — we always examine options.”
   Glenn said he aims to generate $1 billion in revenue at OTS Logistics, but did not specify when.
