The new lanes are Southern California/Dallas-Fort Worth, Kansas City/Southern California and Chicago/Portland.
BNSF began offering the premium money-back guarantee for on-time service May 22 on three lanes between Chicago and Seattle, Southern California and Dallas-Fort Worth.
The railroad said the premium service, which offers three levels of commitment, has attracted new customers to the railroad which have traditionally shipped over-the-road.
