Landmark Global expands international parcel

   The cross-border parcel logistics company Landmark Global has expanded its international delivery solution to cover all countries around the globe.
   The company said the offering extends its reach but will still come with existing services like track and trace of parcels, pre-paid customs clearance, and returns logistics.
   Landmark said that the new product will blend international postal and courier partners along with in-country partners whose strengths and infrastructure meet specific service criteria. The company still offers its suite of e-commerce services, including hosted check-out, landed cost calculations, duty paid and duty unpaid models, and customs collect.
   “The pricing and service models that we’ve built for our Canadian, Australian and other strong international growth markets is one that we’ve had tremendously positive feedback on and we plan to replicate that value world-wide,” said Dave Mays, president of Landmark Global.
   Mays also said that delivery standards are three to eight business days to most International points.
   The company has selected John Jensen, its new vice president of international e-commerce, to focus on driving the growth of Landmark Global outside of North America. His most recent role was director of sales at Purolator.
