WALLENIUS WILHELMSEN ENDS AMERICAS/AFRICA/AUSTRALIA LOOP    Wallenius Wilhelmsen has discontinued its monthly round-the-world roll-on/roll-off service connecting Australasia with South and West Africa and North America's East Coast.
   Wallenius Wilhelmsen said the three-ship ro/ro service was discontinued due to unsatisfactory market conditions.
   The company has left the North America/West and South Africa trade. However, outbound service from North America's East Coast to Australasia continues twice monthly, with car and truck-carrying ro/ros returning to North Asia, similarly from Europe to South Africa and Australasia.
   Wallenius Wilhelmsen has closed its own South African office and is now represented there by sister company Barwil.
