Bush cabinet shuffle begins    President Bush’s Cabinet will look different in his second term after Secretary of Commerce Donald Evans and Attorney General John Ashcroft resigned Tuesday.
   The president retained a key advisor when Chief of Staff Andrew Card agreed Monday to stay on the same position.
   More Cabinet changes are expected at the midway point of the administration, with speculation in Washington focusing on the future of Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld and Secretary of State Colin Powell.
   Department of Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge is also likely to call it quits. A Reuters report last summer said Ridge had already made up his mind to into private life at the end of the first term, and a DHS source recently said the secretary has openly expressed his plans to leave.
