Lam joins Trans Global as airfreight head

Lam joins Trans Global as airfreight head Hong Kong-based Trans Global Logistics has named Peter Lam to the newly created position of corporate director of air freight.
   Lam joined Trans Global from Virgin Atlantic Cargo, where he was regional sales manager for Hong Kong and China. He also held senior positions with Star Airfreight and the Star Group of Companies and BAX Global.
   Trans Global CEO Donald Woo said Lam will work closely with the company's regional directors and their teams, and the corporate management team based in Hong Kong, as they prepare for the upcoming peak shipping period to meet capacity needs and to ensure service consistency.
   Lam will be based in Hong Kong.
