Counterfeit toys nabbed at San Diego ports    U.S. Customs officers at the Port of San Diego last month confiscated 25 boxes of counterfeit Barbie dolls with an estimated street value of $1.6 million, Customs and Border Protection announced last week.
   The action followed an inspection of a shipment labeled as toys. The dolls were of poor quality and lacked license information, the agency said.
   Inspectors at the port previously seized a similar shipment of fake Barbie dolls in mid-October in a container with other legitimate boxes of goods.
   Officials at the land border port of Otay Mesa, Calif., near San Diego, also discovered in October several containers entering the country that included counterfeit 'Jeep' battery-operated vehicles.
