The first sailing of the new IEX service is scheduled for March 22. Senator Lines plans to start taking space from March 29, when Howrah Bridge calls at Colombo.
The IEX service will use six ships averaging 2,614 TEUs and will call at Felixstowe, Hamburg, Antwerp, Port Said, Colombo, Nhava Sheva, Port Said, Felixstowe, Hamburg and Antwerp.
Senator Lines also takes space from United Arab Shipping Co. on the Mediterranean/Indian Subcontinent MIX service.
