Raymond has been president and chief executive officer since 2003, and also headed the Horizon predecessor companies CSX Lines and Sea-Land Service Domestic Shipping between 1999 and 2003. He was a senior executive with Sea-Land for five years prior to Sea-Land's international services being acquired by Maersk Line in 1999.
