The vessel-sharing agreement will be renamed the “Montemar/Lykes/TMM space charter and sailing agreement,” according to a notice of the U.S. Federal Maritime Commission.
Montemar, based in Uruguay, and Libra, of Brazil, both belong to the Compania Sud Americana de Vapores group of Chile.
