FBI charges truck license fraud    The FBI arrested nine persons, saying they “arranged for hundreds of non-residents of Pennsylvania to fraudulently obtain Pennsylvania commercial driver's licenses from 2007 to 2010.”
   Vitaliy Kroshnev, Tatyana Kroshnev, Leonid Vilchik, Iryna Starovoyt, Irina Peterson, Khrystyna Davyda, Viktor Davyda and Tair Rustamov were arrested last Thursday today and are charged by indictment, along with Mikhail Aminov, with conspiracy to produce and aiding and abetting the production of, false identification documents, said U.S. Attorney Zane David Memeger.
   According to an indictment, the defendants, under the auspices of the Kroshnev's business International Training Academy, arranged for the fake licenses and provided applicants with false Pennsylvania residency documents, as well as foreign language interpreters who gave applicants the answers to the written commercial driver's license permit test.
