FMC reviews 14 OTI applications, revokes 4 licenses    The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 14 ocean transportation intermediary license applications for review.
   The agency received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Federal Cargo, Miami (Guido Cardoso Jr., president); CCL Customs Service, Inglewood, Calif. (Roger Chiu-Chou Lee, president); Mahomi Cargo Express Corp., Miami (Cinthya Izaguirre, vice president); Cross Country Van Lines, Ridgefield, N.J. (Raphael Polonia, proprietor); and Suncargo, National City, Calif. (Eulogio M. Demonteverde Jr., president).
   The FMC received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Logistics Unlimited, Costa Mesa, Calif. (Ted Shown, president); Freight Brokers Global Services, Far Rockaway, N.Y. (Michael Francis Molfetta, president); Ground Ocean Air Logistics, Miami (Eric J. Williams, president); Eastern Mercantile, Virginia Beach, Va. (Richard S. Huang, president); and Cargocom USA, Miami (Alberto Ortiz, president).
   The agency also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Solarian Logistics International, Houston (Ezequiel Dario Pitty, partner); Reliable Enterprises, Houston (Godsway Amedzrovi, manager); Centro America Envos, Miami (Martha Cecilia Arana, president); and Atwimah Shipping, Bronx, N.Y. (ATA Aduna, sole proprietor.

   The FMC revoked four OTI licenses for failure to maintain valid bonds. The affected firms are Bermuda Freight Systems, Kearny, N.J.; Elteha International U.S.A., Los Angeles; GAP Forwarding, Miami; and Profes System Inc., Jamaica, N.Y.
