The FMC revoked four OTI licenses for failure to maintain valid bonds. The affected firms are Bermuda Freight Systems, Kearny, N.J.; Elteha International U.S.A., Los Angeles; GAP Forwarding, Miami; and Profes System Inc., Jamaica, N.Y.
