The company’s 211 million shares will be listed on the Oslo Bors on Oct. 2 under the symbol DOCK. Dockwise said it is considering a private placement and potential issuance of new shares.
Dockwise recently merged with Sealift, a company founded by tanker company Frontline to convert six Suezmax tankers into heavy-lift ships.
Today Dockwise has a fleet of 22 vessels — 17 semi-submersible heavy transport vessels five ships that are due to be converted.
