Med Pacific service adds northern European calls    The joint Med Pacific Express service of Italia, Lykes Lines, TMM Lines and Contship Containerlines will now return from the Pacific West Coast to the Mediterranean via northern Europe.
   New calls are being added at Thamesport and Rotterdam, starting with the “Cielo San Francisco,” scheduled to arrive at Thamesport on Aug. 7.
   In addition, eastbound calls at Puerto Cabello have been cut out. However, one of the six ships in the Med Pacific fleet has also been withdrawn, so the frequency will now drop from a sailing every 11 days to one every 13.
   The service has a revised rotation of Vancouver, Portland, Oakland, Long Beach, Mazatlan, Manzanillo (Mexico), Puerto Quetzal, Puerto Caldera, Manzanillo (Panama), Cartagena, Puerto Cabello, Thamesport, Rotterdam, Valencia , Leghorn, Genoa, Fos, San Juan, Cartagena, Long Beach and Vancouver.
