Hard Rock to ship exclusively with DHL

Hard Rock to ship exclusively with DHL Two international companies with Florida headquarter offices ' Hard Rock International and DHL — have reached an exclusive shipping agreement.
   Hard Rock International will use DHL, the express delivery and logistics company for all shipping, from its basic merchandise orders to more complicated moves of memorabilia and historic rock music displays that are shipped to Hard Rock locations worldwide.
   Hard Rock International, based in Orlando, was acquired by the Seminole Tribe of Florida in a deal that closed in March. Seminole Tribe Chairman Mitchell Cypress and James Allen, Seminole Gaming chief executive officer, stressed the tribe's plans to work with current Hard Rock International management to build on the existing growth plans and strategies for the company, which will continue to be headquartered in Orlando.
   'Our locations are able to express the rock ‘n’ roll experience, in large part, by leveraging DHL’s global expertise, flexibility and full portfolio of distribution solutions,” said Brian Siemienas, senior director of marketing for Hard Rock International. “With its strong U.S. network and global coverage, we see DHL as the perfect express delivery partner to manage our valuable memorabilia for all of our locations worldwide.'
   DHL is owned by Deutsche Post World Net, and has its global headquarters in Germany, with its Americas headquarters located in Plantation, Fla.
