Cisco will use MCA’s Service Parts Optimization Software, a Web-based supply chain management system that incorporates algorithms for inventory control, demand planning, and service contract management.
The system allows Cisco to position inventory assets at less cost while meeting customer service requirements, according to MCA’s chief executive officer, Morris Cohen.
