“According to the letter of intent, China Shipping and Yang Ming will combine their respective leased terminals in the port of Los Angeles, and the three parties plan to establish a joint venture terminal operation company,” China Shipping said.
The project is designed to improve terminal operations efficiency, it added.
China Shipping said that this will be the first terminal venture between China Shipping Group and Yang Ming.
