Saddle Creek completes ISO certification

Saddle Creek completes ISO certification Lakeland'based Saddle Creek Corp., which provides third-party warehousing, transportation and value-added shipper services, said Tuesday it has received ISO 9001: 2000 certification for its Lakeland facilities.
   The certification means Saddle Creek has meet the quality management standards of the International Organization of Standardization.
   “The certification process has enabled us to improve communication across our organization, put more accurate information for solving problems at our associates’ fingertips, and improve tracking of everything from customer issues to potential hazards to exceptions to operating plans. Those enhancements have a significant impact on our service to our customers,' said Brandi Metz, Saddle Creek ISO facilitator.
