Navix Kinkai Ltd. will transfer its intra-Asia business operations to M.O. Seaways Ltd., which will be renamed Mitsui O.S.K. Kinkai Ltd., effective July 1.
Following the reorganization, Navix Kinkai Ltd. will focus on the Japanese coastal trade.
The reorganized fleet comprises 60 vessels with capacity of 4.5 million tons a year.
