Tropical upgrades web site, online services    Tropical Shipping on Monday started offering customers access to its advanced new online Cargo Tracking and Documentation features.
   The updated web site has online access to more than 30 types of documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and other standard shipping documents.
   Tropical said it has streamlined the process of printing and saving documents directly from their web site (www.tropical.com). The new web site also gives customers the ability to customize the way they track cargo.
