Terrill retires after 39 years of federal government service, over 15 years of which have been as a federal administrative law judge. He joined the ITC in 2001 after serving as an administrative law judge with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for 13 years. He also served in a similar capacity previously with the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission in Boston.
Upon retirement, Terrill will become counsel to law firm White & Case in its Washington office.
