FMC reviews 29 OTI license applicants The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 29 ocean transportation intermediary license applications for review.
   The agency received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from KCL Logistics, Alhambra, Calif. (King O. Li, president); Jets Cargo, Santa Ana, Calif. (Christopher T. Le, chief executive officer); General Logistics, Miami Gardens, Fla. (Lezek Przybylski, president); Competition Transport, Orlando, Fla. (William Tang, president); Worldwide Ocean & Air Shipping Lines, Long Island City, N.Y. (Shyam Kumar, president); and Weiss Rohlig USA, Des Plaines, Ill. (Daniela Wurm, compliance manager).
   The FMC received NVO-ocean freight forwarder license applications from AES Logistics, Burien, Wash. (Robert A. Schwieger, vice president); CargoLogis USA, Springfield Gardens, N.Y.
