FMC reviews 28 OTI applications, revokes 16 licenses    The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission will review 28 ocean transportation intermediary license applications.
   The agency received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Cargo Zone Express Corp., Rancho Dominguez, Calif. (Moo Sang Cho, vice president); Generation Logistics, Jamaica, N.Y. (Daniel M. Corbett, president); Anmi Air & Sea Transportation, Miami (Paz Moreno, president); JT Shipping Corp., Buena Park, Calif. (Julia Li Hawksworth, president); MCLX, New Orleans (Paula L. Maher, chairman); Wellton Logistics, Jamaica, N.Y. (Terry Mui, president); Caribbean Logistics, Miami (Geoffrey Hooper Woodman, president); 16 East Tremont Corp., Bronx, N.Y. (Nuris Estela Minaya, vice president); Pillar-Trans, Elizabeth, N.J. (Ki Hun Yoo, member); TAN Cargo Services, Miami (Edgard Jose Toruno, president); and All Right Shipping, Bronx, N.Y. (Denzil Barker, president).
   The FMC received NVO-ocean freight forwarder license applications from Intrans Logistics, El Dorado Hills, Calif. (Jean M. Dew, chief executive officer); Worldwide Integrated Logistics, Miami (Doumit Shmouni, president); Doma Consolidating, Chicago (Asimoula Mina Georgalas, president); Priority Air Express, Sharon Hill, Pa. (Christopher Carpenter, president); G.L.E. International, Miami (Ligia Estrada, president); Advanced Logistics, Miami (Jose R. Castillo-Ospina, president); Delmar Logistics, Atlanta (Mario Alfonso, president); Senaduana Freight Forwarders, Miami (Jorge Escribani, ocean manager); LT Freight International, San Jose, Calif. (Lisa S. Tian, president); and Carolina Forwarding & Brokerage, Mount Pleasant, S.C. (Lauren Emily Justice, sole proprietor).
   The agency received ocean freight forwarder license applications from North Star Forwarding Solutions, Jacksonville, Fla. (Magnus B. Lindeback, chief executive officer); JR&K Logistics, Los Angeles (Ricky Y. Seung, president); Pointer Int’l Forwarders, Doral, Fla. (Maria A. Ramos, president); Sun Cargo (USA), Jamaica, N.Y. (Aaron Man, president); DAK Logistics, Suisun City, Calif. (David A. Knott, sole proprietor); Fast Transport Associates, Miami (Norberto Martinez, president); and AAB Logistics, Atlanta (Alexander S.M. Gibson, director).

   The FMC also revoked 16 OTI licenses for failure to maintain valid bonds.
