Pillai was working for ISS in Dar Es Salaam overseeing the Tanzanian market. In his new role he replaces Ashok Kumar who has moved to Singapore to become commercial general manager for the company’s Asia Pacific region.
'Sawan's new role includes the strategically important Suez Canal transit business which forms a significant part of the ISS portfolio in our region,' said Henri Versluys, ISS’s regional managing director for Europe and Africa.
