CSX NAMES JOHNSON SENIOR VP, E-BUSINESS    Kenneth H. Johnson has been named senior vice president of e-business for CSX Corp., based in Richmond, Va.
   Johnson was with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was managing director of strategic change management, e-business accelerator practice. In that role, he was responsible for advising business on growth and maturity strategies, including e-business.
   “Ken comes to CSX with a strong track record of creating change within challenging environments,” said John W. Snow, chairman and chief executive officer of CSX. “He will champion the development of a strategy for standardizing the use of the World Wide Web across all of our business units toward driving efficiencies, improved service and reduced costs.”
