Thieves have struck Hellmann Worldwide Logistics twice this month in the United Kingdom, stealing more than $2 million of Xbox 360 video game consoles.
The latest incident happened last Monday when a truck was hijacked shortly after leaving a terminal near Lichfield, Staffordshire, according to The Times in London.
The gang indicated a driver should slowdown, and believing there was something trapped under his wheels, he pulled his truck off the road. He was beaten before the thieves made off with the truck. It was later found empty and abandoned.
A week earlier, a trailer containing the same game was taken from the depot.
Investigators say they have not yet determined whether the two thefts are related.
