Kia to move national parts DC to Riverside    Kia Motors America said Wednesday it would move its national parts distribution center about 20 miles east to a nearly 404,000-square-foot facility at Riverside’s Meridian Business Park at the former March Air Force Base.
   For the past eight years, the Seoul, South Korea-based carmaker's national parts distribution center has been located in a nearly 260,000-square-foot facility in Chino.
   Kia chose Riverside over other potential sites such as the City of Industry and Redlands for logistics and workforce advantages, according to a statement.
   The 10-year lease for the Riverside facility was brokered for Kia by commercial real estate firm Studley. Financial details of the lease were not released.
   Last year, Kia America achieved its 13th consecutive year of record sales in with 294,302 units sold, 6.7-percent ahead of the firm's record sales pace set in 2005.
