LANCHILE ADDS 3RD 767-300, EXPANDS SERVICES    LanChile has taken delivery of its third Boeing 767-300 freighter to its fleet, increasing capacity by 12 percent and boosting frequencies to a number of locations.
   The new aircraft will be used for twice weekly flights serving Miami/Lima/Santiago, as well as service from Chile to Miami and returning from Miami with one additional flight a week to Asuncion, Paraguay, and an additional flight to Buenos Aires, Argentina.
   LanChile Cargo will also increase flights from Los Angeles to five times a week, from four; and flights from Houston will increase to three times a week from two, serving destinations in Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires and Santiago.
