BAX originally developed MyRMA for Xerox Corp., which then asked the provider for a new online service to manage the returns of office printers. BAX now handles returns for Xerox Office Printing by means of the real-time, scalable MyRMA management tool.
“There are no IT development costs. It’s basically plug and play,” said Chris Morton, managing director, supply chain management transportation, for BAX Global.
Using the software, companies can create a private, secure area where managers of product returns can input all pickup and delivery of returns.
