ABC adds Paris to freighter network    AirBridgeCargo Airlines said Wednesday it has started twice-weekly all-cargo service between Moscow and Paris.
   The new route will link Domodedovo and Sheremetyevo airports in Moscow with Paris Charles de Gaulle, using a new Boeing 747 freighter, the airline said.
   Paris is the seventh European city in ABC's network (it also flies to Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Maastricht, Malmo, Zaragoza and Milan), and the service is the first scheduled freighter service between Russia and France.
   ABC said it expects to get business from pharmaceutical and fashion and apparel shippers eyeing the Russia market as well as providing access to China and other ABC service points in Asia.
