SHIPCHEM PARTNERS WITH QUALITY ASSURANCE FIRM    ShipChem.com, the third-party logistics company launched by Eastman Chemical Co. and software developer Global Logistics Technologies Inc., has formed a partnership with WorldWideTesting, a provider of online quality assurance services to the chemical industry.
   Under the agreement, WorldWideTesting will integrate its offering into ShipChem's suite of online logistics tools. WorldWideTesting offers sampling, surveying and testing of industrial commodities. Its web site contains industry-testing standards for most industrial nations and a database of materials and testing results.
   ShipChem, which handles all of Eastman's logistics business, wants to become the leading provider of outsourced logistics services to the world's chemical and plastics industries. Its services are run from a web-based logistics management system designed by G-Log.
