UAC NAMES VP OF SALES AND MARKETING

UAC NAMES VP OF SALES AND MARKETING    Universal Air Cargo, the neutral air-freight company acquired two months ago by New American Consolidators Association, has named Darren Hart vice president of sales and marketing.
   Hart has held a variety of positions with the NACA Group, the former shippers' association for neutral non-vessel-operating common carrier members Direct Container Line, Brennan International Transport and Conterm Consolidation Services. NACA was recently turned into a corporation.
   Hart will be responsible for laying the groundwork for the development of UAC's global services and agency relationships.
   California-based UAC said it plans to roll out 60 new air-freight services to North America.
