BlueWater Reporting tracking delays along East Coast

Ports and shipping channels have closed as Hurricane Florence makes landfall.    Hurricane Florence made landfall early Friday morning and is expected to produce dangerous high winds and catastrophic flash flooding in the region as it slowly makes its way down and across the Carolinas through the weekend. 
  Cargo operations at the Port of Charleston, S.C., shut down on Thursday, and terminals are expected to remain closed through Saturday and possibly Sunday. 
  The North Carolina ports of Wilmington and Morehead City also closed on Thursday and will remain closed until further notice. 
  While the Ports of Virginia and Baltimore remain open, the main shipping channels are closed, preventing vessels from entering or exiting the port.

  In addition, global carriers CMA CGM and Maersk Line each have published contingency plans for vessels affected by the storm.
