FMC RECIEVES APPLICATIONS FROM OCEAN TRANSPORTATION INTERMEDIARIES    The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission said that it has received applications for licenses from the eight ocean transportation intermediaries.
   The following companies have applied for licenses to operate as non-vessel operating common carriers:
   * Guardship America, Inc., of 9435 Washington Boulevard, Suite J, Laurel, MD 29723, and whose officers are Syl Taylor and Leslie G. Samuels;
   * and Global Marine Transportation Inc., of 205 W. 88th Street, Suite 4C, New York, NY 10024, with Gloria P. Avendano as its president.
   The following company has applied for a license to operate as an ocean freight forwarder: A.M. Cargo Services, Inc., of 5220 N.W. 72 Avenue, Bay 4, Miami, FL 33166-4858, whose officers are Anna Maria Musumeci and Anthony Musumeci.
   The following companies have applied for licenses to operate as both non-vessel operating common carriers and ocean freight forwarders:
   * Thiel-Logistics USA, Inc., of 3200 N.W. 112 Avenue, Miami, FL 33172, and whose officers are Lorenzo Lorenzo and Gunther Thiel;
   Perfect Express Corporation, of 220 North Inglewood Avenue, Inglewood, CA 90301, whose named officers are Fang Hsien (Vincent) Lu and Patrick Chen;
   * Keystone Global Logistics, LLC, of 309 Anderson Street, Crescent, PA 15046, whose officers are Mariusz J. Bielawski and Sheree Moorhouse;
   * A A Pacific Inc., of 1275 Anderson Avenue, Unit 6, Fort Lee, NJ 07024, whose officers are Kefei Zhao and Xiaomei Liu;
   * RBA Logistics, Inc., of 2804 N. Cannon Blvd, Kannapolis, NC 28083, whose officers are Paul L. Blackwelder and Mary O. Bare;
   * and Kabayan Cargo, Travel & Remittance Services, of 1628 Sumatra Street, Hayward, CA 94544, whose proprietor is Tranquilino Dionisio Gaspar.
